What I do.
Currently UX Designer at OSP Spain – part of the Otto Group, one of the largest logistics and eCommerce companies in Germany.
I am responsible for UX within a cross-functional team involved in building Call center software used as a main tool by 4000 agents while attending 11.5 million active Otto Marketplace customers.
I work closely with Product Owner, Business Analysts and developers, re-thing the current functionalities through end to end process: discovery, research, design, user tests and development.
I have defined and continue feeding User Personas, as an outcome of continuous User research. I am designing User tests closely with our Research team and iterating according to User tests results.
After the initial User research and benchmark, I have defined a new look & feel for the UI and built from scratch a new Design system which is used by 3 product teams.
What I do.
UX / UI design
Improving User Experience and User Interface design for digital products. Carrying out projects from research, prototyping to testing.
Web design
Designing responsive, functional and visually attractive, conversion-oriented websites. Wireframes, high quality prototypes, web development in WordPress, HTML, CSS.
Logo & Branding
Creating consistent brand visual identities. Conceptualization, fonts and color range selection, logo design and visual identity guidelines design.
Design thinking

Creating or improving projects in an agile way. MVP design that adds value to the client and the user with a lower capital and time investment.

I am a designer focused on digital products, trained in UX and UI design. I have a background in web design and graphic design.
I have started designing in 2010 when I enrolled on a Degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia Production.
After finishing my studies I started to carry out projects as a freelance, focusing on web design and branding.
In order to keep growing as a designer, I continued my training in 2020, studying User Experience and User Interface Design.
I am passionate about what I do. I am curious, I ask a lot of questions and I love to experiment and to discover new paths.
Apart from design, my other great passion is traveling. I have 10 years of experience in solving problems of international clients in the hotel industry.
